Seaside Wellness offers a range of services to support your weight loss journey, including  exercise guidance, lifestyle coaching, and ongoing support.

No, you do not need a gym membership to work with Seaside Wellness. Our team can provide guidance on at-home workouts and exercises that require minimal equipment. If you prefer to work out at a gym, we can also provide recommendations for local facilities.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted. We also accept HSA/FSA plans. 

Most insurance plans will not cover weight loss services or associated medications, which is why we offer our services and medications at nominal costs. At this time, we do not accept insurance.  If you would like to submit a claim to your insurance company yourself, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to do so.
