Dr. Mohammed has proudly served the communities of Sussex County, Delaware, and Harris County, Texas. In 2022, he established an independent practice focused solely on helping patients achieve lasting health improvements through personalized medical weight management and long-term maintenance strategies. With a background in emergency medicine and telemedicine, Dr. Mohammed brings a wealth of expertise to ensure each patient receives comprehensive, goal-oriented care.

Dr. Mohammed earned his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Temple University before pursuing his medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at The University of Houston program in Kingwood, TX. Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration with a healthcare focus from The Pennsylvania State University.

Board-certified in Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Mohammed is currently licensed to practice in Delaware, Maryland, Texas, Virginia and Minnesota. He is currently pursuing his board certification in Obesity Medicine to further expand his expertise in weight management and wellness care. His commitment to patient-centered care is reflected in his ongoing dedication to professional growth and helping individuals lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Devon co-established Seaside Wellness with Dr. Mohammed in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in both corporate and community healthcare settings. In her previous role as a Senior Account Manager, she developed a deep understanding of healthcare systems and patient needs, which she now applies to her work at Seaside Wellness. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and unwavering commitment to patient care, Devon is dedicated to building personal connections with each individual, ensuring they feel supported and comfortable throughout their wellness journey.

Devon holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Legal Studies from Drexel University, as well as a Master of Healthcare Administration from the same institution. Her expertise in healthcare management, combined with her passion for patient well-being, has been instrumental in shaping Seaside Wellness into a practice focused on achieving lasting health transformations for all who seek care.

Marissa Malone is a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse specializing in infusion therapy and emergency medicine. A proud graduate of the Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing, Marissa combines strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach to deliver exceptional care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She is experienced in administering IV medications, managing central lines, and monitoring infusion reactions, ensuring safe and comfortable experiences for every patient.

Whitney Mott-Lynn Murray is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in infusion therapy and emergency care. A proud graduate of the Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing, Whitney brings a blend of clinical expertise, composure under pressure, and genuine empathy to every patient interaction.

With extensive experience in both infusion and emergency settings, Whitney is skilled in administering IV medications, managing central lines, and delivering critical, time-sensitive care with precision and confidence. Abbey Derrickson is a Registered Nurse and graduate of the Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing. With over two years of experience as an emergency room nurse, she brings strong clinical judgement, precision and a calm, organized approach to patient care. Passionate about holistic health, Abbey is expanding her practice into the functional wellness space, where she aims to support clients in feeling their best through personalized, high-quality IV infusion therapy.

Michele Carney is a dedicated and adaptable nurse who brings compassion, strong clinical judgment, and steady professionalism to every patient encounter. She completed her nursing education at Delaware Technical Community College. She specializes in infusion therapy and emergency care, and her experience across the emergency department and infusion settings has shaped her into a well-balanced clinician who understands both rapid response care and the detailed coordination needed in specialty treatment.

Michele is a skilled and versatile nurse with a solid foundation in emergency care, inpatient nursing, and infusion therapy. Her extensive IV experience gives her confidence and precision in starting peripheral lines, managing central access devices, and delivering a wide range of IV medications and therapies. She demonstrates careful technique, attention to detail, and a reassuring presence that helps patients feel comfortable during treatments.

Francesco “Chex” Malone is a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in infusion therapy, known for his calm presence, strong clinical skills, and genuine patient-centered care. Rollins School of Nursing, Francesco built a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and compassionate nursing—a combination that continues to guide his work every day.
